Group 2 – IT sector

Group 3 – Banking Sector

Group 4 – Hospital Services

Each group will present on the Industry assigned to them.

Structure of presentation will be as under –

2. Factors impacting the IR environment-

c. Customer
d. Political
e. Socio – economic
3. Latest incidents of Industrial Unrest (last 3 to 5 years) including incidents of violence or strikes
a. Details of incident
b. What caused it
c. How it could have been avoided
d. Strategy for future
4. Union vs no unions
a. Strategy for deunionisation/ not allowing unions to form.
b. Consequences of deunionisation.
c. Strategy for future

The Group is required to make -

Presentation in Power point form for about 30 min .
