Question: 01

Explain the importance of charity during corona virus crises. Do you think charity

is only about money? Explain in the light of the Quran and Hadith.

Answer:

Charity keeps an important sight of itself in the religion of us and as we know that Almighty

Allah always observe and judges people by giving blessings too and also by giving them a

difficult situation.

Corona virus was a world pandemic and we as Muslims believe that we have to return to

Almighty Allah one day and the money the vitality we have is not ours but it is gifted by Allah

and he can take it away from us too so we follow the way of charity.

Allah Almighty says that if he grants a person more than he deserve, he is bound to help the poor

around him.

Now coming towards describing this concept in the light of Holy Quran and hadith.

Muhammad (PBUH), said: "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three

things: Sadaqah Jariyah a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who

prays for him."

Muhammad, SAW said: “Charity does not in any way decrease the wealth and the servant

who forgives, Allah adds to his respect; and the one who shows humility, Allah elevates him

in the estimation (of the people).”

Ayats:
Those who spend of their goods (in charity) by night and by day in secret and in public

shall have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve And

be steadfast in prayer and regular in charity: and whatever good ye send forth for your

souls before you ye shall find it with Allah; for Allah sees well all that ye do.
