o This is a group evaluation. Students may identify their own group members. Every
member shall contribute to the preparation of all the solutions. Please fill the
name and SAP ID of each member of your group on the top of page-1.
o The groups formed for this assessment is attached herewith. No two groups
should choose the same company/team for your research. Hence, prior to
attempting the questions discuss amongst your batch mates the company/team
chosen for this assessment by each group for each question, so as to avoid an F
grade. This is applicable for all the 3 assignment questions.

 Submission Guidelines:
o Strictly Word document to be submitted.
o Compulsorily follow word limits given in each question (Word limit for the answer
only, not for references)
o Cite references, wherever applicable
o Only one submission would be accepted per group.

1. Explore the Organizational Culture of any two successful unicorns. Prepare a report
highlighting their specific (cultural) practices/factors that were responsible for their
success. (15 marks, Word Limit: less than 700 words)
