1) What is meant by a brand and branding?

Branding is a name and a symbol from a purpose of a company. It is a logo that represent a very
good company by an instrumental or a word that express the company individuality. The Brand is
making the people all around the world to notice the people by an image or a word so it will
expresses to the people.

The brand will be giving a company to a strong identity for the company to go to big heights and
build awareness. The Brand make trust to the company and the customer. There are three types
of branding product branding, service branding and corporate branding.
Product branding is specific product for example Jaffa cake so they only promote only one
product. It will only sell a specific brand for example Audi only sells car product.
service branding is specific services for example visa is that they have their own brand so they
only seal their card not other cards. They only do one to one to a customers by the online chat so
sell your products online to different peoples.

Corporate branding is specific to the company and all their product and services for example
Kelloggs. Most similar product look.It means that you have companies that sales the same product
but in a different design.

2) What is meant by brand promotion?

Branding promoting is important for a business because you will be able to show your products to
your customers and it will make more people to buy your things if you give an advertisement. It will
create awareness to the people. It will draw more customers to go to your company. It will give a
chance to know more about our product. You can have more link to different company to show
your product so you will have more investment to your company. It will make your company to
grow by getting more money. Branding promotion will consistent theme. It will retain loyalty to your
customers.

3) Why does each business need to promote itself?

The business need to promote itself because to get more customers to get their product and to
express the things that they are selling to the people. Promote itself means that it will make the
customers to be persuasive to get the product that you are selling. It will make more selling and
profit to your company to be grown. It make the company to invest more money. It will make more
people to realise that you have a good quality product to show to the people. You can get the
company to have good deals.
4) What are the likely effects of unsuccessful branding for a business?

The effect of unsuccessful branding for a business it will make your reputation of your brand to be
damaged. It will make your company income to go very low so that make your company to lose it
money that is invested for your business. There will be less profit to come to your company so it
will make your company to close down because of the competitive of the other company. The
other company will have more quality product so your market will go down. For e.g.
findus,nike,WH smith and the hummer. Nike have gone unsuccessfully because they got caught
by the media that they use children to do their design and do the trainers. This is child abuse so it
give a bad reputation to the brand. Brand stretch unrelated product are added for example
caterpillar went from making tricks to selling boots and toys,even clothing. Brand personality is a
set of human characteristics associated with a brand (Asher 1997). You get brand personality by
overtime,age,gender,socio-economic class and emotional characteristics.

Business 1: Audi

The business for Audi is that they sell lots of cars that is only in their brand so that their company is very bias because they don’t sell any other
brand or products to their customers. The founder of the company is August Horch that he is a engineer that manufacture cars by the brand
called Giant but then his company grow to make more advantage car and make the name Audi to make his business more higher so that they
get more customers. The Audi company started selling their product at 1932. The competitors of the Business of Audi are BMW, Mercedes and
Benz because they are competitors because they are selling the same product like Audi so the customers will make a decision of going to the
best company to get their cars. The company has started their founded in 1960 when they join with Volkswagen. The get more profit by joining
to another business so they get more fund.

Business 2: Pizza Hut


The business for Pizza Hut will always sell their product like different types of pizza so they don’t have the same product so there company will
be successful to the customers.The customers will have attraction to their food so their will be more people to come to the shop by
recommendation by the other people. There's more people will spend money to eat their food without going to other restaurant to buy their food
The funder for the pizza hut company is that is a American food that was owned by a guy named Dan and Frank Carney a6t the year 1958.
They started selling the product at 1958.The competitors for their product is KFC,MCDonald's and Domino's Pizza because they will make the
same product like different types of food to eat. The company have funded in 1958 by chaining up with other restaurants. They will get more
money to invest for their business so it will give than more advantage of growing their business to another level.

How do the business convince you to spend more money, e.g. extra services, guaretes? celebrates ,quality,customer service, history.

Audi:
The company convince me to get their product is to do advertising to make a awareness that there is a new car that ar on sales and make
some car’s to be reduced down so their will be more customers to come to Audi to get their cars so that hey will make the people in their shop
to get recommendation from the other customers. They will do their advertising with other celebrates so it will create a impact on the customers
that their will be more people will buy the product because is a known person that promoting the brand to the people. The will encourage
people to spend more money buy their are companies that are using lots of gadgets in their car so they will spend more money on the cars that
look good and have the latest gadget on the car. They can make the customers spend more money by mechanically by fixing the the Audi cars
that have any problems.

Pizza Hut:

The company convince the people to buy their product because there are lots of people buying their food in the popular shop so that's why
there are more than one person coming back to the same restaurant because their are people that are reliable to that restaurant because they
have been to the place more than once.The Pizza Hut promote their product by advertising in the television or in poster from the bus. That will
make the people to recognise that there is a shop that sell good Pizza. The restaurant will use discounts because to make more people to buy
the Pizza in a cheaper price so It will increase more customers to come to pizza Hut. Their will be more people to buy the food in a cheaper
price than the expensive price so it will increase their market higher rage. The company will invest more money and open up in different areas.

Using descriptive words to describe the brand and why you use this 3 words only

Audi:
The brand of Audi is described as it is shiny, silver and unique. The reason why I used these three descriptive words because the logo of Audi
is not bright coloured or not that colour it is unique and nice so that will attract and draw attraction to the people from the Brand. The brand is
very popular for the people because their are lots of people riding in the road so they will recognise the three rings that make a identity for the
product. The most simplest logo will make the brand to stand out so their will be more population of people buying the same car to show that
they have the same car.

Pizza Hut:

The brand of Pizza Hut will make me describe of saying delicious, colourful and red. The reason why I used this three word because when you
you think about the name you will think about the taste of the food that is produce in the shop because you have at lots of Pizza in the shop so
you will look at the brand at think of that the food in the place is delicious so eat. I said its is colourful because the restaurant have different
colour topping on the Pizza so it will make the people feel very blown out of the different colour in the Pizza. I used the colour Red because the
logo of the Pizza Hut is allows in one colour that is red so when you see the logo first you will see all the red colour that is around the logo. The
red colour expand onto the customers eye so it will make the customer to recognise the product.

What is the benefits in the business of having a known brand, trust,high pricing.
Audi:

The benefits of a brand is that for the business you need to have good promotion to do the business. A brand will make your business to be in
the next level and the brand will make your business to have a identity. The brand will make the people recognise to the people that it is that
brand so there will be more people will buy your product because it is famous.It will give people more trust from the product because they have
us the product so it will give the people to have loyal trust with the customer. The brand will give a awareness to the people to do the people
that their is a good model car that have the latest technology on the car so their will be more people to go the best popular brand.

Pizza Hut:

The benefits of a popular brand is that it will make more people to what to buy the product that you are selling because the customer as a trust
on you. To say it more specifically the customers can rely on your product to be good and taste to eat. If your customers have that reliability on
your product then it will easily make the customers to get your product again and again so that will make your product more famous for the
people by the recommendation from their people to get it from your shop. It will make your market of your product to increase do you can make
the same business in other places to get profit. The company will have higher price for the product because if there's more people coming in so
they need to increase the price to get more profit for their business.

from the things. This poster will give the audience more happiness because they will give lots of discounts for the people to make the people to
purchase more things from the Audi shops because it will persuade the customers to get the things in a cheaper price, It will make the
company to have more customers to go the this shop to by the cars and their will be lots of competitors to get customers as well like Mercedes
or Benz. The other way that they promote their business is that selling their product to other companies so it will make their company to invest
lots of money for promotion.Their will be more people to buy it. It will promote their business is that when they put their cars online to they don’t

The bussiness will increase its promotion by doing posters in the streets and in the buses so that it will give a a awareness for the people about
the different offers from the Pizza Hut company so there will be more customers will draw their attention on the customers to buy the product.
The discount will make more customers to get the product because the customer will go to the cheapest shop to buy the food. It is better to
have more quantity and quality to run a successful business. The promotions will make the business to grow to a different level. Their lots of
ways you can promote the business like advertising,posters and having a website to put your product to reach more people. It will create more
popularity from the other bussiness like pizza Dominos and MCDonalds. They need to have more customers then the other competitors
