SOME NOTE REGARDING DAILYGET CLAIM FORM

1. HOW TO FILL CLAIM TABLE?

 1st column add your userid of dailyget


 2nd column add your transaction details (XYZ_TRA_1 / XYZ_TRA_2 etc.)
 3rd column add your units as per transaction
 4th column add unit amount (can’t add entry charge) ex. 1 unit = 10000 only
 5th column add activation date of transaction
 6th column add no of month from next month of activation date to 31st oct,2021
example.
your transaction is xyz_tra_1 and activation date is 22/10/2020 , you can count month
from 1st Nov 2020 to 31st oct 2021, that is 12 month.
 7th column add interest as per your month of investment
ex.
Your no of month is 12 as per point 6th, your interest is 12% (1% per month).
 8th column add total claim (total investment + claim amount)
Ex,
Unit = 1
amount = 10000
no of month = 12
interest =12% ( 1% per month)
Interest amount = 10000 *12% = 1200
Total claim amount = 10000(Capital) + 1200 (interest) = 11200 (eleven thousand two
hundred only)

so, your total claim amount is 11200/-


 9th column add total received amount from company (investment payout only), from
activation month to till date which is paid by company in your bank account
EX. You get 2500 amount from company

 Now for, net claim amount

TOTAL CLAIM AMOUNT = 11000


RECEIVED AMOUNT FROM COMPANY = 2500
NET CLAIM AMOUNT = 11200 – 2500 = 8700/-

2. WHICH DOCUMENTS NEED TO ATTACHE IN EMAIL?

 PANCARD
 ADHARCARD (FRONT /BACK)
 BANK PROOF (BANK PASSBOOK /CANCEL CHEQUE)
 INVESTMENT PROOF (COMPANY RECEIPTS FROM ID WALLET)

3. WHERE WE FIND COMPANY INVESTMENT RECEIPT?

Each customer gets company receipt on your registered email id, from
