 A day of giving:
Outreach Program
for Children
PROJECT INITIATION

By observing and evaluating we've heard

some issues about children. In this project we
aims to share our knowledge or learnings,
and also guide them. To accomplish this
mission it has several objectives which are
planned to be achieve within corresponding
and successive phases: To help those less
fortunate and the desire to make the
community a better place in which to live.
The program mission is to enlighten the mind
of each children to be a better person
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PLANNING

CREATE A PROJECT PLAN

After we chose rapid review as a

fitted review approach in order to
achieve our primary project goal.
For this review we address four
proposal questions; What kind of
activities do we need to do to help
everyone? Who is the
benificiaries/people we need to
help?
How it affect them?
CREATE A WORKFLOW DOCUMENT
We critically review how most of the children do not
stand much of a chance of breaking out of the cycle
of poverty and thriving as independent adults. We
discuss how we will give them an opportunity to learn
and educate them for the children's future. Also we
tackle to how educate young people about their
awareness, to help them for the things that they are
not totally aware.
PROJECT INITIATION

BUDGET ESTIMATION P7,500.00

Data collection will include staff in orphanage and

childrens, with both groups to be surveyed, it will help
track different situation that every children experience.
GATHER RESOURCES
Support from the choses members to determine the
most suitable learning activities and fun games to
create a happiness to the hearts of children.

PROJECT LAUNCH AND EXECUTION

We will search for the venue and participants

for the program. To succeed in this outreach
program we need to work hard, work as one and
team with the heart that willing to serve, perform
the duties of each of everyone and be responsible
at all the time. Each member of the team should
be responsible for executing of the activity
provided to make this project successful and
effective. And the outcomes that we expected to
see in this program are, it gives them lesson, this
event become worth it for them and they will
apply it to their daily lives.
 Project Launch and Execution
If the community outreach programs is well-
implemented and designed it will increase the
number of children participating in all activities.
We, the volunteers practice effective
communication to motivate and inspired the
children. We will going to explain the importance of
ensuring family, community, self-awareness, etc.
Doing active outreach will help to raise awareness
about the project in the community. Creating an
outreach plan can help you :( 1) structure and
target your efforts before you commit any
resources; and (2) track what needs to happen and
when.
