You are on page 1of 1

Sunday Day 1:

On a scale of 1-5, with 1 being MEH, and 5 being “I’M HERE FOR IT, BRITT!” how committed are you to showing up for
this week?

Are you a box-top kind of person? Is it helpful for you to see the whole picture before you can break down the pieces? Y
or N

In order for you to understand how to create full time income and impact in part time hours, AKA: launch your biz to whatever
YOUR financial goal is-you have to master two pieces FIRST:
1. Knowing what to focus on to effectively create a fertile environment in which your goal can easily grow
2. Understanding how to use your time to work less and less and accomplish more and more.
3. And then, that’s followed by having the support to work the mindset, emotional, and personal growth pieces that
come up (for instance, ever get stuck in procrastination, analysis paralysis, or fear and self-doubt? To grow a
successful, thriving biz that pays all your bills and MORE< you MUST have support for when you get stuck in those
places).
4. Past those first two steps you’re also going to need to have the plan, small steps, and birds eye view map to get up
every day, focus on the next pieces, and EXECUTE and follow through. THAT’S what many of the women in BE come
into the program for help with: the 12 months of consistent follow through, showing up, and execution of the plan
you’re going to have from this week.

Which season do you EXCEL in?

Which are you weakest in?

Make no mistake: you are bringing SOME combo or assortment of below to the table (which resonate the most?):
Fear about charging what our work is worth
Fear about claiming our value
Fear about setting boundaries
Resistance around making a LOT of money (this one might sound weird, but it’s there, I promise in some way shape
or form)
Discomfort around what people think of us (this one is REAL and not to be underestimated. We are TRIBAL BEINGS.
We are biologically programmed to depend on our “clan.” Fear of ostracization and abandonment from our clan is
actually programmed into our DNA- so don’t underestimate that one.
Add your own here:

Ivan Misner, the founder and CEO of Business Networking International, or BNI, has a saying: “If you want to scale a
business, do six things a thousand times; not a thousand things six times.”

Write below why you’re here this week. What do YOU want to get out of this week?

The most important place to start is to understand WHERE we’re plotting a map TO: what’s the destination?
So, we’re starting today with your goal in your biz for the next 9-12 months:
Now make sure it’s measurable and clear:
What’s at risk if you don’t meet this goal?

#Day1 with this work in the group!
