Credit Limit Increase

We're pleased to tell you that, following a recent review of your account, we're able to increase your
credit limit to £2,300.00 by 18 May 2022.

You've asked us not to increase your limit without checking with you first - so we'll only apply
the new limit if you confirm you'd like us to.

You can do this through Mobile Baking by logging on to your account and selecting the credit card account
details and 'Credit Limit increase' or internet banking at hsbc.co.uk, by logging in to your account and
selecting 'Credit limit increase offers' at least 2 days before 18 May 2022, so there's time to process your
request and apply your new limit. You can come and chat with us at a time that suits you via Online Banking
or the HSBC UK Mobile Banking app, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (subject to maintenance
periods) and we can help you confirm your new credit limit. If you are not yet registered for Online or Mobile
banking, simply download the HSBC Mobile App, or go to www.hsbc.co.uk and select register.
Alternatively, you can call us on 03457 404 404* by 18 May 2022.

If you'd like the increase before then, you can contact us sooner and we'll apply it once we've heard from
you (just bear in mind this can take up to 2 days via internet banking).

If you foresee any changes in your circumstances that may affect your ability to repay this new credit
limit, for example a change in your income or outgoings, a change to your employment situation or you
are a temporary or zero hours contract worker please contact us on 03457 404 404*.

At any point, you can change how you'd like us to apply credit limit increases to your account in future.
If there's no change, we'll continue to tell you if there's a higher limit available to you, which we'll only
apply with your consent. If you prefer, you can choose one of the following options:

- We'll still tell you if there's a higher limit available to you in future, but we'll apply the
increase automatically unless you contact us to decline it.
- We won't contact you about any credit limit increase offers in future.

You can do this through internet banking at hsbc.co.uk by logging into your account and selecting
'Credit limit increase offers', or by calling us on the above number.

A higher credit limit may offer greater flexibility and convenience to meet your financial needs.
However, it may also increase the risk of taking on too much debt, which may be costly, or take
a long time to pay off. You should carefully consider whether you need a higher limit.

Please note that any future requests you make for a limit increase, even if you decide to keep your
existing limit on this occasion, will be subject to your credit status at the time of the request.
