“ACTIVITY 2”
Questions:
1. What is the importance of HRF components in terms of Hip-Hop
dancing?

~ The importance of utilizing the HRF components in your exercises is

that it improves the condition of every part of your body in terms of
flexibility, strength, endurance, extremities, and many more. In terms of
Hip-Hop dancing, if we incorporate all the HRF components to Hip-Hop,
it can drastically or gradually improve or change your overall fitness
health composition because you are not just going to exercise on a
random motion; Instead, you will exercise in a rhythmic motion as a
form of Hip-hop dancing.

2. How are you going to improve your Hip-Hop dance exercises if you
have encountered such difficulties to your health?

~ If it is just a minor health problem like body pain, fatigue, and

dehydration, I can still improve my Hip-hop dance exercises by taking
rest intervals between the sets of exercises or take a one-day rest.
After that, I can now go back to my exercise routine. If it is a major
health problem like asthma, flu, and injury, It’s best to just rest for a
while and adjust the intensity of your routine or change the exercise
routine to a much viable routine with regards to your health state.

accordingly. Which of these common reactions do you
experience during the following situations?

• Muscular Strength • Cardiorespiratory

• Muscular Endurance

• Flexibility

• Body Composition
“ACTIVITY 3”
~ In my fitness program chart, I placed their my flexibility,
muscular strength and endurance, and cardio routine
because these are the specific HRF components that I need
in order to have an overall fitness composition. They are
balanced accordingly per week and suitable for one month.
However, I essentially emphasized in my program chart the
“cardio and muscular endurance routine” because one of
my weaknesses when I am engaging in physical activities
and exercises is being rapidly exhausted. So, by
emphasizing this kind of routine in my exercise, I can surely
but gradually remove this weakness of mine because I will
start to improve my stamina, durability, and strength. And
from there, my weakness will now become my strength.
