I do not exactly know what my life would be today
without the scholarship I have gotten years back then
because it helped me pursue my college dreams.

I went to a university and pursued elementary educa-


tion with a major in special education – that placed me
as the first member of my family to earn a college de-
gree.

While under the scholarship program, the PNA Founda-


tion supported me not just by helping me financially
but in many ways possible. They helped me look at my
future in larger perspective and had always been caring
about me holistically. They provided me unwavering
support academically, psychologically, emotionally, so-
cially, practically, and spiritually through their various
programs – which tailored my personal goals, values,
and beliefs.
FROM PAYATAS TO LAS VEGAS
