Under the patronage of Government of Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan, local commercial banks
have recently announced affordable housing flnance package under "Mera Pakistan, Mera Gha/'scheme
for house construction.

Keeping in view the need of housing accommodation for NESPAKNF employees and to beneflt from the
housing finance packages offered by the banks, NESPAK Management has planned to seek interest of
NESpAKNF employees for house construction (5 Marla and 10 Marla) for NESPAKNF employees to be
located in a private housing scheme at Lahore. Employees that have retired from NESPAK service are
also invited to show their interest in this venture.

The enclosed questionnaire has been framed to seek interest of NESPAKNF employees in this venture.
All NESPAK / NF employees who are interested to own a house in this venture are requested to provide
their willingness througtr this questionnaire by submitting it to their respective Divisional Heads. Retired
NESPAK lmployees may submit their interest by submitting filled-up questionnaire to VP/Head
(Coordination).

The data so obtained will provide the Management with a baseline to proceed further in this venture.

Kindly circulate it within your Division to get response from employees. The questionnaire fllled by the/ L.

Questionnaire to seek interest of NESPAJ(/NF Emolovees for House Construction in a
Private Housinq Scheme at Lahore

Under the patronage of Government of Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan, local commercial
banks have recently announced affordable housing finance package under "Mera Pakistan,
Mera Ghar" scheme for house construction. Major indicative features of financing package are
as below:

Keeping in view the need of housing accommodation for NESPAI(NF employees and to
benefit from the housing finance packages offered by the banks, NESPAK Management has
planned to seek interest of NESPAI(NF employees for house construction (5 Marla and '10
Marla) for NESPAI(NF employees to be located in a private housing scheme at Lahore.
Employees that have retired from NESPAK service are also invited to show their interest in
this venture.

lf we are able to confirm interest from a sizable number of employees in this venture, NESPAK
Management foresees to negotiate with a housing scheme to allocate a separate block for
NESPAK employees in the housing scheme and also to seek discount over the land price with
easy instalments.

The cost of 5 Marla plot may fall in the range of Rs. 25 lakhs to Rs. 30 lakhs while that of 10
Marla plot may fall in the range of Rs. 45 lakhs to Rs. 50 lakhs. The price of plot and its terms
of payment will be negotiated with the housing scheme in the interest of NESPAK employees.

Below mentioned questionnaire has been framed to seek interest of NESPAT(NF employees
in this venture. All NESPAK / NF employees who are interested to own a house in this scheme
are requested to provide their willingness through this questionnaire by submitting it to their
respective Divisional Heads. Retired NESPAK employees may submit their interest by
submitting filled-up questionnaire to VP/Head (Coordination).
