China instigated the Bulgaria Bus Disaster as Punishment Towards the Central and

Eastern European States for Albania’s support for the United States, Embarrassing
President Xi and Developing Stronger Ties With Taiwan

There was a horrific bus coach disaster that occurred on the early morning of the 23rd
of November near Bosnek, Bulgaria. It is alleged the bus —returning from a weekend
trip to Istanbul— caught fire and crashed into a guardrail.1 The bus driver became
unconscious so he could not open the door to let passengers escape. Forty-five
passengers died (the vast majority were ethnic Albanians) and of these 12 of them were
children.2 Obviously Bulgarian coaches do not have the removable windows that
coaches have in the West so very few passengers escaped death. The tragedy sounds
accidental. A faulty, poorly designed bus caught fire on a highway killing many due to
poor safety features. But is this truly the case? I allege that London, Ontario police and
London bus drivers surreptitiously forecast the Bulgarian bus tragedy as many as 12
days in advance of it occurring. If it was tacitly forecast, that implies that the bus
tragedy was premeditated and ultimately was designed to serve as retribution for
recent Bulgarian, or more likely, for Albanian activities. Allegedly China instigated this
bus tragedy due to recent political activity on the part of Albania and other east
European states which has amounted to many states in eastern Europe turning their
backs on China and engaging with Taiwan.

However, first of all I will present the evidence that London police and transit drivers
tacitly forecast the Bulgarian bus tragedy. I wrote on the 13th of November, 2021:

The 11th of November was a strange Remembrance week in terms of

peculiar behaviour and allegations on the part of Londoners. It started on the
10th of November when I took a city transit bus to Masonville Mall in London
in the afternoon. The bell to tell the bus driver to stop at the next stop on the

 number 19 bus I was on was not working. As a result, the bus driver missed
a Chinese female’s stop and she had to get off at the next one quite far from
where she originally wanted to be dropped off. Next, as I crossed the
parking lot to the Masonville Mall from the bus stop, I saw police car 23
drive past me. I went to the mall and wanted to have a drink at the food
court but people required their vaccination proof to get into the area. I forgot
mine at home so I went to the North entrance outside the mall and sat there
instead. Police car 23 was parked there adjacent to the Silver City movie
theatre wall. Soon after, a young female blond police officer came out of the
mall and got into the car. I went home and thought that perhaps I should
return the next day at 2pm in case police were alleging that something
important would occur. On my way home on the bus, again, the driver —a
different one this time— missed someone’s bus stop on Hyde Park Road.
Due to this conspicuous behaviour on the part of the 2 London bus drivers
that day, I believe that the drivers were forecasting the explosion of the
Liverpool hospital bomber that would occur on Sunday November 14th. A
cabbie in Liverpool noticed the bomber was acting suspicious and locked
him in the cab after which his bomb exploded killing only the bomber and
averting a major terrorist incident.3 Nevertheless, the next day I returned to
the food court with my vaccination proof and sat by the KFC/Taco Bell outlet
as directed by London police. I noticed several young girls heading in the
direction of the KFC going underneath the belt crowd control posts that
were set up to limit access to the food court. Then at 2pm I saw who I
thought the police woman in car 23 was referring to the day before: It was
an adult blond woman, a blond girl about 8-years-old (who was likely the
blond woman’s daughter) and a man in his 60s with a green top on who had
had his lower leg amputated above the knee and who was on a red mobility
scooter. The 23 on the police car had been obviously referring to the number
of legs of the 3 people at the KFC/Taco Bell. There were 3 people with 5 legs
hence the 2-3 on the police car. Obviously, then the guy on the mobility
scooter was a pedophile likely grooming the young girl for molestation. The
young girl was happy and excited so I thought he had not done anything
sexual towards her yet. Nevertheless, here he was buying the young girl’s
food for her to instil in her the sense that she owed him something. I

 imagined this man trying to sexually molest this innocent young girl and was
immediately revolted. Oh well, at least the police were on to him and he
would probably be arrested if he went through with his disgusting plans.
Furthermore, it was alleged that the mobility scooter guy is a child
pornographer and is seeking to prostitute this young girl out to his pedophile
friends.

As well, it is alleged that the mobility scooter guy and his pedophile cohorts
are planning an act of covert terrorism for the city of London. I think
pedophiles should be arrested and held under security certificates when
they are planning covert terrorist activity in order to discourage them from it.
If peds are going to act like terrorists they should be treated like terrorists.
Furthermore, in the days since this encounter it is alleged that this legless
ped who orchestrates terrorism for the pedophile community was involved in
instigating the tacit murder of 4-year-old Taliyah Roberts-Nichols.

It is obvious in hindsight that the bus drivers and police officer I encountered on the
10th and 11th of November, were tacitly forecasting both the Bulgarian bus tragedy
and who was to blame for instigating it, the Chinese government. The bus drivers were
tacitly indicating that people would not be able to get off of a bus. And the ethnically
Chinese woman who missed her stop, due to the driver not stopping for it, implies that
bus drivers believe that the Chinese government was to blame for the Bulgarian bus
tragedy. On the 10th of November I saw police car 23 drive past the bus depot at the
Masonville Mall. The number 23 on the police car in the context of a bus depot is a
tacit indicator that a terrible bus tragedy will occur on the 23rd of November. And of
course, this is exactly what transpired. The Bulgarian bus caught fire and crashed on
the 23rd of November at 2am Bulgarian time. My transfer was cut-off by the London
bus driver to expire at 2pm —the same numerical time as the bus tragedy in Bulgaria.
So even the bus transfer I was given by the bus driver forecast this terrible tragedy and
is an indicator that intelligence agencies not only knew the date of the terrible tragedy,
who was to instigate it, and the time it was to occur but also passed this information on
to London police and bus drivers. Or these coincidences may indicate that bus drivers
in Bulgaria passed on their foreknowledge of this impending tragedy through their
grapevine to fellow bus drivers in the West.

In fact, the general manager of the London Transit Commission is named Kelly
Paleczny. Palenczny is an ethnically-Polish name and it may have very well been that
Ms Palenczny received information from intelligence agencies in Poland, who would
have had an inkling that China was preparing a covert terrorist act in eastern Europe,
and tacitly informed her of the event. In fact, London transit drivers under Ms
Palenczny’s tenure have been quite astute as to the acts of covert terror being
perpetrated around the world. London transit drivers helped tacitly forecast the
Humboldt, Saskatchewan bus tragedy in 2018 killing 16, the murder of Taliyah Roberts-
Nichols on November 12th, 2019,4 and the Madeira bus tragedy in April of 2019 in
which 29 German tourists died. 5 It is obvious that bus drivers from around the globe
rallied together and used their grapevine to tacitly forecast the deadly bus tragedy in
Bulgaria.

Nevertheless, the 10th of November was not the only tacit forecast of the Bulgarian
bus tragedy by London police. On November 15th —8 days before the bus disaster—
London police, once more forecast tacit information about the impending bus crash in
the form of a police car number. I had been to a job interview on the 15th and wrote
afterwards in my journal:

The interview was held in a Starbucks cafe next to a Popeye’s chicken

franchise. After the interview I waited for a bus in a shelter with a large
advertisement for KFC chicken. A police car number 45 drove past. The
number 5 indicates the numbers who are to die in the [Waukesha SUV]
tragedy and the number 4 refers to the 40 who were injured by the
rampaging SUV as reported by news media outlets early on.6 So the number
45 on the police car I saw on November 15th, 6 days before the tragedy,
refers accurately to the total number of casualties reported early on at the
Waukesha parade tragedy. This tacit forecast is a surprisingly accurate
prediction of the number of casualties in the Waukesha incident. Such an
accurate forecast implies, ultimately, that the entire Waukesha incident was

 pre-planned and premeditated. But what is the significance of all the
references to franchise fried chicken in the context of the Waukesha
incident? The legless ped I discussed earlier was at a KFC/Taco Bell in the
Masonville Mall food court. Then there was the police car 45 driving by with
all the references to franchise fried chicken as well that I discussed
previously.

In light of all the references to chicken by London police in the context of referring to
the Bulgarian bus tragedy, I immediately looked at Chinese restaurant websites from
Bulgaria looking for one to have chicken prominently displayed on its website as a clue
as to which Chinese restaurant in Bulgaria facilitated or engineered the bus tragedy.
There are very few ethnic Chinese living in Bulgaria and those that do seem to be
exclusively involved in running Chinese restaurants.7 I did not find a Bulgarian Chinese
restaurant website with chicken prominently displayed but I did see one website with
duck prominently displayed on its website: Chinese Restaurant Classico. 8 I became
even more suspicious of Chinese Restaurant Classico, as I had been hired by a
Chinese school in September of 2021, Kingsway Academy. The owner who hired me
told me he was Chinese but I believe he and his administrative staff were Taiwanese as
they were very courteous to me, whereas, the students —from the Chinese mainland
and Vietnam— were exceptionally ill-natured and uncooperative, leading me to resign
after 3 weeks. So the name of the restaurant in Bulgaria, Chinese Restaurant Classico,
was conspicuous to me as a Taiwanese-Canadian hired me to teach a class (Classico)
in creative writing knowing full-well that I would not last long as a teacher in his school
made up of ill-tempered southeast Asian communist youths. What was the real reason
that I was hired then if not to teach a group of lazy communist students? In effect, I
thought the real reason I had been hired was for the owner, Ken, to subtly and
surreptitiously forecast the ethnic Chinese instigators of the Bulgarian bus tragedy, the
owners of Chinese Restaurant Classico. As well, it is alleged that an adopted ex-armed
forces serviceman who patronizes the Chinese Restaurant Classico directly sabotaged
the bus for China.

However, why would China unleash such a deadly tragedy on the Bulgarian
population? Or to be more specific, why would China unleash such a devastating
tragedy on the ethnic Albanian population of Bulgaria (the vast majority of the victims
of the Bulgarian bus tragedy were ethnically Albanian)? After all, Albania was the most
extreme of communist states during the Cold War. In fact, Albania even criticized Mao’s
China for opening relations with the imperialist West.9 Nevertheless, as China has
become more authoritarian and dictatorial since the time of Xi’s presidency, Albania
has become increasingly westward-looking in its politics. Albania probably angered
China the most when it allowed NATO to operate an airbase there beginning in 2019.10
One author commenting on Albania’s dramatic turn-around after the end of the Cold
War stated: “Albania is strongly committed to NATO and is a staunch ally of the United
States.”11 A Gallup poll in 2019 put support for American leadership among Albanians
at 67%.12 Finally, Albania is to become a non-permanent member of the UN Security
Council in 2022 and will likely be a strong anti-communist voice on the council. 13

Nevertheless, as the West seeks to de-couple from China, wary of President Xi’s
authoritarian rule and worried about China’s negligence or malevolence in terms of the
global Covid 19 pandemic:

It is not surprising, given the abovementioned factors, that CEE countries

[Central and East European states] have been at the forefront in Europe
when it comes to decoupling from China. Consider the way, for example,
that Bulgaria has proposed, in the wake of the pandemic and in the interests
of EU solidarity and security, that a “small EU China” be created by
relocating critical medical production now dependent upon China to CEE
countries. Or how Romania revealed in May 2020 that it had cancelled a
deal with a Chinese company to upgrade a nuclear power plant in the
country, what had been one of the largest BRI investments in the region.

 Four months later, adding insult to injury, Romania announced that the
contract would be pursued with help from the US, which is now committing
eight billion dollars to the project. 14

Meanwhile, Albania, to the ire of China, has positioned itself as an increasingly ardent
supporter of the United States within the European framework. Albania has co-
operated with NATO and the United States militarily on many occasions. And as well,
Albania and the United States are cooperating much more economically and politically
in recent times.15

Another factor angering China, and a likely reason for the Chinese government to
cause the Bulgarian bus tragedy, is that the Central and East European states (CEE)
have caused Chinese President Xi, personally, to lose face. Most are aware that Xi
Jinping is a megalomaniacal, narcissist seeking to mold himself in a cult-of-personality
like Chairman Mao. Well the CEE caused the Chinese dictator intensive embarrassment
in early 2021. An online summit was convened in February of the 17+1 (the Central and
Eastern European states and China). Due to growing member cynicism of China’s
intentions and unfulfilled promises for infrastructure development in the form of Belt
and Road initiative money, President Xi himself chaired the conference which may be
the 17+1’s last: “Leaders of six [CEE] countries decided to pass on the 17+1 summit
held on February 9, the highest number since the format was formed in 2012. This was
a significant setback for China’s Xi, who chaired the summit for the first time, instead of
his distant number two, Li Keqiang. So, the slight from the CEE countries might be
taken personally.”16 Shortly thereafter, Lithuania pulled out of 17+1 membership citing
China as a security threat in 2019.17 To add insult to injury, several CEE states have
begun courting Taiwan to China’s increasing dissatisfaction.18 So it is likely that
President Xi did, indeed, take the slights of the CEE personally and decided to punish
the CEE in its lack of respect for him by instigating the Bulgarian bus tragedy.

The Bulgarian bus tragedy is not the first time that China has inflicted barbaric
retribution upon nations that have embarrassed China. China downed a Russian jet in
2019 causing 41 deaths. Allegedly, China caused the downing of an American plane in
2019 in Addison, Texas killing 10. China also allegedly caused a Ukrainian jet to crash
in Iran killing 176 in 2019. A Pakistani jet was also allegedly downed by China in 2020
killing 98. In 2020 China allegedly downed a Canadian military acrobatic jet killing 1. All
of the reasons for these covert terrorist actions on the part of China may be read at my
Scribd site.19 As well, all of these tragedies resulted after the Chinese government had
been embarrassed by the respective nations targeted for tragedy. I also allege that
China downed the plane carrying Russians in Kamchatka in 2021 killing 22.20 As well,
China allegedly instigated the Easter bombings in Sri Lanka in 2019 killing 253 in order
to turn the nation into a defacto Chinese military satellite, not a Western tourist mecca
as it had been becoming. Finally, China appears to have caused the Indonesian
submarine disaster in 2021 causing the deaths of 53 military personnel.21

I looked at the date of the Bulgarian bus crash, the 23rd of November on Wikipedia, as
to its significance in history and found out that this date was conspicuous in terms of
the People’s Republic of China because: “Representatives of the People's Republic of
China attend the United Nations, including the United Nations Security Council, for the
first time [in 1971].”22 In effect, the Republic of China [Taiwan] was ousted as the UN
representative for China and the PRC has held this responsibility ever since. The
People’s Republic of China also obtained the Republic of China’s veto on the UN
Security Council which means that the PRC can block any sort of proposed United
Nations Security Council measures, especially those to censure the PRC. The PRC
having a veto at the UN’s Security Council means effectively that no sanctions, or
military interventions can be voted through that are not supported by the People’s
Republic of China. Essentially, this situation means that the PRC is free to engage in
any acts of terrorism on the global stage, such as downing jetliners or sabotaging
buses as in Bulgaria, and it will be impossible for the UN to intervene effectively or to

even reprimand China. Of course individual states can still censure China but without
the official support of the UN. In effect, as it stands now the PRC has carte-blanche to
inflict covert terror on the nations of the world and the UN can do little in terms of
sanctions or military interventions to stop them. The only way for this situation to be
turned around is for the Republic of China [Taiwan] to be given back the PRC’s UN
Security Council seat and its veto. If Taiwan was designated the official representative
of China, the UN Security Council could begin to censure and sanction the People’s
Republic of China with the support of the majority of nations in the UN, as Taiwan is
strictly at odds with the PRC government and would encourage sanctions towards the
PRC. And it appears that it is this fear —that the PRC will lose its Security Council seat
and veto to Taiwan— that has been the impetus for the Bulgarian bus tragedy. Why
else would China schedule the Bulgarian bus disaster on the same date in history that
it was awarded the powerful UN Security Council seat, than to demonstrate its
displeasure with the nations of the globe plotting to oust the PRC and its hegemony of
communist covert terrorism from the UN? Some nations of the globe, especially the
CEE nations, have indeed been heightening China’s fears of losing its UN Security
Council status. For example, Taiwan this month has opened a defacto embassy in
Lithuania to howling protests from Beijing.23 The United Sates has invited Taiwan to a
Summit for Democracy in early December of this year —a summit in which China has
not been invited— once again to cries of consternation from the PRC.24 The Czech
Republic took a delegation of 89 ministers to Taiwan in August of this year while China
is openly plotting retaliation for this event.25 In October the European Parliament voted
to deepen diplomatic ties with Taiwan and as a result Taiwan’s foreign minister went to
Brussels.26 It is evident many nations around the world are stoking the PRC’s fears that
it could lose its prestigious UN Security Council veto and China is fighting back by
implying that an increase in PRC covert terrorism will result —targeting children no less
— if China is threatened in such a manner.

Unfortunately such barbarisms at the instigation of the Chinese government will only
continue until world political leaders indicate to China that the communist state is using
covert terrorism to flex its muscles on the world stage and until these leaders begin to
issue serious consequences to China for this behaviour. As this article illustrates, de-
coupling from China, and dampening its economic success will surely result in many
more acts of covert terrorism such as the Bulgarian bus tragedy. China is also
concerned that it may lose its UN Security Council seat and veto to its rival Taiwan.
Most troubling, is that with the Bulgarian bus tragedy China is demonstrating that
children will be especially targeted in its acts of covert terrorism if the globe attacks
China in such a manner. It is essential that the media begin to report these acts of
covert terror for what they are in order to dissuade China from using these tactics.
Likewise, it is essential that politicians do so as well. Also, the communists in the
countries around the world, pedophiles and adopted individuals, need to be identified
as those specifically carrying-out China’s acts of covert terror.
