Space: Monument Full-Hook-Up RV Park, complete grounds.

Location: South Shore Lake Camanche

Number Of Spaces:
45 Premium Water-Front sites next to the trout pond.
52 Interior Sites within walking distance of the water.
1 Double Site within walking distance of the water.

Amenities:
Ample space for activities with paved roads. All sites in this campground (monument) are fully
hooked up with power, water, and sewer.

All sites, when not right on the water, are within walking distance. The ponds are well stocked
with rainbow trout and catfish, and makes for a great fishing day.

There is ample space for a giant tent, or a “vendor” style marketplace, and this can be setup in
various areas of Monument campground. All approvals will be filed with EBMUD by us, we will
work with you to achieve your vision.

Outside food vendor may be brought in for this event.

No third party Alcohol sales.

Lots of space to be creative, and an on-site aide to help develop the program/vision if needed!
