Proposal For VP Of Creative Development

Executive Summary:
The VP of creative developments has a unique, and fun role within our production company. This role
sources and discovers entertainment that is not only spectacular, but marketable in the community in
which an event is held. This role also aides the CEO in booking and making offers on entertainment acts.
This role also may aide in budget development (specifically recommendations for spend on
entertainment), creative development/redevelopment of events as a whole, and on-the-ground
interactive experiences development to create an experience guests will remember.

Roles You Will Play:


1. Entertainment Sourcing/Booking
2. On-The-Ground layouts of developed interactive experiences/entertainers
3. Entertainment Scheduling/Logistics
4. Entertainment Budgeting
5. Creative Partnerships (Sponsorships that make sense)
6. Event experiences that will elevate the magic of the event (i.e. developments on interaction
type stuff I.E. a champagne dress girl at a ball that walk around and adds that extra touch to an
event)
7. Working with entertainers for marketing of events
8. Working with entertainers for marketing assets/materials we can use in-house for event.

Commitment:
We expect an average of 20 hours a week work time. Some weeks may be more, some less.
Meetings before-hand and tasks assigned weekly. Tasks may be organized through a scheduling
platform (I.E. Monday.com). This is a planning role, and you will be in charge of an on-site team.
The on-site team will be directed by the department manager on-site.

Compensation:
1% equity in the company, starting after 4 events. Capping at 5% equity in the company.
Minimum $1,500 per event, or 5% of net whichever is greater.
Free meals for in-person meetings/on-site. Free Merchandise/promo space at events. Free
Sponsorships (to a certain level, exclusions apply)
