Executive Summary:
The VP Of Logistics is an integral role in Stang Productions LLC. This role works with all departments to
ensure everyone is on track for a smooth flow on event day. From parking, to hospitality, this role works
with multiple departments to lay the foundation that is required for a smooth event. This role also pairs
as the Guild & Vendor representative, where they work with various departments to ensure enough
interactive entertainment, and vendors are booked.

Roles You Will Play:

1. Event Operational Logistics
2. Working With All Departments to Ensure Smooth Event Flow
3. Casting Assistant (for theatrical shows)
4. Vendor Sourcing/Booking
5. Guild Sourcing/booking
6. Vendor/Guild advancing/check-in management
7. Placements & Safety Logistics

Commitment:
We expect an average of 20 hours a week work time. Some weeks may be more, some less.
Meetings before-hand and tasks assigned weekly. Tasks may be organized through a scheduling
platform (I.E. Monday.com). This is a planning role, and you will be in charge of an on-site team.
The on-site team will be directed by the department manager on-site.

Compensation:
1% equity in the company, starting after 4 events. Capping at 5% equity in the company.
Minimum $1,500 per event, or 5% of net whichever is greater.

Sponsorships (to a certain level, exclusions apply)
