Basic Function

Based in the GR Department /Head Office - Dubai, the Asst. Manager role is to
assist Manager to Manage and supervise team members while processing and
fulfilling tasks of various Governmental documents.

Must follow and ensure:


 Compliance with company policy and procedure for processing of/delivery
of assigned services.
 Implementation of Labor & Immigration Requirements for All Group
Employees
 All legal obligations regarding company business are covered for all gov’t
dep’t
 Maximum Support is provided to Management and employee during their
joining the Group.
 Minimize Governmental cost as per new policies.

The Asst. Manager is a member of the Group GR & Admin H.O. team, which
includes the Group General Manager, Group Manager, Manager, and the rest
of the Department team. The GR & Admin team works together to provide
high quality and timely support to the work of the organization.

Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities
1. Receive NEW /Renewal/Cancelation& Foreign Visas memos from all groups
and scrutinized it before processing it with GR coordinators.
2. Ensure all documents relating to visas renewal and labor contracts are in
conformity with the new UAE labor law.
3. Notifying and follow up for required document Renewal of license with
concern dep’t.
4. Doing Online & Offline renewal of license, making sure it is processed
without delay & any penalties.
5. Checking Payment slip for reducing Govt fees where ever can be reduced.
6. Coordination with HR for all GMG Staff details SAP data updation done on
timely basis.
7. Distribute & follow up tasks to concern Typists and Officer
8. Coordinate with IT for upgrading software with required day to day new
system of GOVT.
9. Check company profile every month after payroll to ensure that no company
is blocked due to WPS.
10. Making sure all PO BOX are renewed every year
11. Coordinating with legal for all bounced Chq cases reported in GMG.
12. Coordinating with Ministry of Education for Nursery license & special needs.
13. Processing all Freezone licenses & coordinating with concern Dept.
14. Preparing all Bank Guarantees if required according according to Group of
companies.
15. Processing all online application from opening new accounts in portals or
process any requests as per the requirements.
16. Providing & processing any Additional promotion permits from DED to
Marketing Dept.
17. Maintain Attendance & planning Annual Leaves of the reporting Staffs.
18. Coordinating with HR for implementing all online Employee Related process
thru SharePoint / Success Factor & SAP.
19. Addition to all above any other responsibility or Job given by Line Manager.
