 Welcome is triggered by the HR team to the activated official e-
mail id.
 The link in e-mail will take you to the page for login with
official e-mail and generate a new password to log in.
 Complete the on boarding process and upload all the required
documents/photo with other details in MY Profile.
 Address, Name, DOB of Dependents to be updated in the portal
 Regular mark attendance on all working day by check-in &
check-out on the OPFIN portal in ATTENDANCE section.

 COMMON QUERIES
Q.1. What happens if a client opts a Plan E.g. Power Plan and then realises that
Comprehensive Plan is better and wants to subscribe for it?
Ans: Client can inform the helpdesk team via e-mail, request letter, phone regarding the
upgradation of existing Plan. The CRM team responses and upgrades the service with
additional fees applicable. The Upgraded plan confirmation mail is shared to the registered e-
mail id.

Q. 2. What happens in the next year as the Power Plan is subscribed for 1 Year (12 Months)?
Ans: The client has to renew our services to avail benefits of the plan.

Q.3. Can a client choose the monthly subscription plan?


Ans: Yes he can with a INR. 500 + 18% GST per month regularly for 12 months. It will be
debited on standing instruction for next 11 consecutive months.

Q.4. What happens if a client chooses monthly mode of INR. 500 subscription plans and
wants to change to a yearly mode Power Plan/Goal/ Comprehensive Plan?
Ans: Client has to inform the Help-desk with change in plan request. On verification, the
team cancels the monthly auto-debit at their end and upgrade the new plan. The client has to
pay additional fees for the upgraded subscription plan.

Q.5. Once Subscribed to the Annual Plans, do the client get a chance to cancel and get any
refund?
Ans: Once the client subscribes to any of the Plans, then he becomes a member of TRUFEDU
family and is a member for entire year, (12 months). Once subscribed there is no refund
policy.
Please Note: In the Terms and Conditions, it is clearly mentioned on website that no refund
will be provided at point in time.
