Executive Summary:

The Artistic Director (Theatrical) & Experience Director is an integral artistic role in Stang Productions
LLC. This role works as an artistic director and technical advisor for theatrical based events. This role also
works as an “Experience Director” for festivals and other events. The experience director will develop,
and propose to the board, in-depth on-the-ground experiences.

1. Artistic Direction for Theatrical Events
2. Experience Director For Festivals & Other Events
3. In-Depth development of on-the-ground activities (non-stage entertainment or logistics)

Commitment:
We expect an average of 20 hours a week work time. Some weeks may be more, some less.
Meetings before-hand and tasks assigned weekly. Tasks may be organized through a scheduling
platform (I.E. Monday.com). This is a planning role, and you will be in charge of an on-site team.
The on-site team will be directed by the department manager on-site.

Compensation:
Minimum $1,500 per event, or 5% of net whichever is greater.
