The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) organization as we continue to shift
to drive the business through data-based insights. This role involves a wide range of projects in support of key
business decisions. The BI Sr. Analyst will design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions and bring in
thought leadership while dealing with complex business problems. The candidate will have the opportunity to
develop Business Cases that will have a material impact on Performance, Growth, and Retention metrics. The
role involves working with geographically dispersed Customer Success, Customer Support, and other Strategy &
Ops colleagues to provide influential insights and recommendations to management.

What you’ll Do

As a BI Sr. Analyst, you’ll be a core part of the Performance Management Group, driving analytics-based insights
that help our ACS org’s decision-making and improving performance to drive revenue and retention goals.

 Interacts with customers to define requirements and identify necessary modifications.


 Collect, analyze, and large data sets using statistical methods
 Responsible for the design, development, testing, optimization, and improvement of apps/tools
 Partners with cross-functional teams to innovate customer-focused solutions
 Communicates clearly with the team and management to define & achieve goals.
 Champion relationships with business teams by being proactive, displaying a detailed understanding of the
business processes, and recommending innovative solutions

What you need to succeed

 2+ years of work experience in the relevant field


 Bachelors (STEM) with Masters, MBA or equivalent in Analytics
 Hands-on experience in analyzing large datasets & in visualization tools such as Power BI
 Expertise in data analysis tools/languages like MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, etc.
