Position I Role Description: Executive Assistant to CEO, Renew able Energy Business

1. EA would wo rk as a spokesper so n on behalf of CEO as and when required.

2. EA would provide assista nce to CEO in stra tegy fo rmulation, data crunching. etc.
3. Should be capa ble of participating in meeti ngs
4. Should be capable of creating the meeting backgro und information a nd analysis a nd share
with the leadership tea m
5. Should be capable of doing analysis of situa tions or proj ects and make a presenta tion to the
CEO
to enable decis ion making
6. Should be comfortable in handling meetings and crea te MoM
7. Wo rks collaboratively in a tea m environment especially with the HO D's, with a spirit of
coopera tion and act as a relationship builder
8. Disp lays excellent communication skills including presentatio n, persuasion, and negotiation
skills
required in worki ng with guests. vendo rs, and cow orkers and including the ability to
communicate effectively and rema in calm and courteous under pressure
9. Displays enga ging interper so na l skills including the a bility to think and act stra tegically,
provide
sound j udgment, a nd provide a positive a nd energetic attitude
10. May have to travel as and when required
11. Should be a ble to do w o rk planning a nd ena ble the CEO to do work planning

• Minimum 5 yea rs of experience in Executive A ssistant role to CEO/Pr esident!f op Managem ent
in Energy/Infra sector
