The department acts as an internal consulting arm to the company, providing thought leadership and facilitation to our businesses. This is a full time position and the candidate will report to the Head of Corporate Planning and be responsible for all strategy related activities for the assigned business/ function. Job Description: Designation : Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager Corporate Planning Location : Handholding Strategy Formulation and Deployment jointly with Head of assigned businesses/ functions. Portfolio review and handling associated M&A activities Identification and incubation of new business opportunities Analyzing and assisting in business performance reviews Carrying out industry/ competition analysis and competitor benchmarking Driving corporate level initiatives Handling MDs communication and supporting MDs office Need based support to the Board of Directors and other members of Top Management

Candidate Profile: MBA with 2-6 years of industry experience Self driven and Result-Oriented Good Communication and Presentation Skills Good Interpersonal Skills Excellent Time Management Skills High Comfort with Ambiguity

Candidate should have penchant for a general management profile and ability to thrive in a multibusiness and multi-country environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with minimum supervision. Key Requirements: Candidates with 2-6 years of relevant work experience and MBA from premier institutes would be an ideal fit. Future Options: This role will be for 2 to 3 years after which the candidate will be expected to move to operational role.
