Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

CoEmerge is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative
support to the Founder. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations and
ensuring effective communication within the organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing
calendars, coordinating meetings, client follow ups, support in content, collaterals, preparing reports, and handling
confidential information with utmost discretion.

Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and
conferences.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Conduct
research, gather data, and compile information to support executive decision-making.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating
professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
5. Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
6. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate
responses.
7. Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide administrative support.
8. Assist with special projects, event planning, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, in a startup ecosystems.


Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using productivity tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, calendar
management tools).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
