✓ GOOD COMMUNICATION is a must have for this job - that is why


it is 1st on the list. No point reading further if this criterion is not
satisfied. You need to be able to hold a conversation and sell a
job opportunity to anyone
✓ OCD with processes and organizing your self - A lot of work
coming your way and you need to be ready to handle it
✓ Keen interest in networking and research
✓ Must know how to use Linkedin and other social media tools
effectively. Yes … it will be work related
✓ Knowledge of the startup market in India is a big plus
✓ Target HR is not big on our employee’s having an MBA. It is a
big plus though!
✓ The rest we will teach you and learn from you
✓ To drive the recruitment process in coordination with different
stakeholders in the organization, to ensure the successful
execution of the whole process of Recruitment.
✓ To focus on reaching the daily targets as set by the managers in
order to significantly increase the number of joins.

The role may include the following responsibilities depending on the


assignment as briefed by your supervisor:

1. Source & Screen resumes to shortlist appropriate profiles that


match clients’ requirements across all technologies
2. Scan profiles for validation and duplicity check and prepare
the tracker
3. Validate the sourced profiles by preliminarily evaluating all the
relevant details required and capture the same comprehensively
in an Excel sheet
4. Schedule & Coordinate interviews / events according to the
client’s requirements
5. Send Reminder mails and do Re-allocation/Re-scheduling as
and when required
6. Communicate with candidates and clients on their queries,
whenever required
7. Any other assignments entrusted by your supervisor from
time to time, based on business requirements
