COMPANY OVERVIEW
Summary: The Workday Analyst will configure and maintain the recruiting module
functions related to the Workday Enterprise Resource Platform. This position will report
to the HCM Manager. The position represents an excellent opportunity to be a part of
support and implementation on a dynamic team in a fast-growing organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in the implementation and support of the Workday Recruiting module and
associated business processes.
• To use business knowledge and module expertise to effectively implement workday
functions into the business environment to achieve expected business results.
• To perform configuration, testing, staff training, rollout, and on-going support as a
subject matter expert within the Workday team.
• Resolves configuration and functional issues with other HCM modules related to
recruiting workflow.

Knowledge
• Qualification: BS, MS in Business, Information Systems or related areas.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience with recruitment business process and
automation of workflow
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM and Recruiting module with hands-on
experience performing configuration, testing, and implementation of system
functions.
• Familiarity in working within a structured project delivery methodology.
• Experience with a primary support role for the Workday Recruiting Module is
required.
