Business Development Associate (with


Mandatory 6-Month Internship)

Upon successful completion of the internship, you will be offered a full-time position as a Business
Development Associate. In this role, you will continue to support senior management, contribute
to strategic decision-making, and take on greater responsibilities in driving business growth.

Reporting to:
Rishabh Mehta - Vice President - Geekster

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development Support: Work closely with senior management on business
strategy, client acquisition, and deal closures.
2. Client Research: Perform extensive research to identify potential clients and gather insights
for business opportunities.
3. Database Management: Maintain an updated database of clients and prospects.
4. Communication: Engage in cold email outreach and conduct introductory calls to set up
meetings.
5. Documentation: Prepare necessary documents for client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements:


• Final year student or recent graduate in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in online research and data analysis.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Eager to learn and grow in the field of business development and client relations.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Previous internship experience is an advantage.
