Compensation:

23.5-27.5LPA CTC

10-14LPA = Fixed

10LPA = Performance Variable

10Lakhs = Retention bonus

Responsibilities:

● Develop business strategies and plans to meet revenue targets both in sales and service
functions.
● Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high
performing managerial team.
● Review financial and non-financial reports to identify areas of improvement and increase the
bottom line.
● Build trust and relationships with key stakeholders like OEM- s, banking and NBFC- s,
customers, business partners etc.
● Oversee all operations and business activities like marketing strategies, compensation
structures, collaborations to grow business etc. to achieve the desired results.
● Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company
survival and growth.

Terms and Conditions

*Sales stents are mandatory as part of the program.

*The above mentioned variable component is applicable to roles in the functional area of sales.

*Employees must be open to relocate as per company’s requirement.

*Variable Components will be given on a yearly basis.

*Retention bonus will be given upon completion of 3 years, at the end of 3 years.
