foodpanda for Business is a B2B SaaS solution that specializes in delivering solutions to empower
businesses through innovative employee engagement solutions. Our cutting-edge technology has
transformed the way organizations organize meal solutions for various employee engagement
activities ranging from meal allowances, and employee recognition gift cards, to enhancing
efficiency, productivity, and profitability. As we expand our presence in Pakistan, we seek a dynamic
and visionary Head to lead our Acquisitions, Account Management and Operations teams.

Job Description:

● As the Head for Acquisitions, Account Management and Operations team, you will drive the
growth and success of foodpanda within Pakistan. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our
business strategy, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring the seamless
execution of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Account Management:
○ Oversee the Account Management team in nurturing and expanding existing client
relationships.
○ Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and upsell
opportunities.
○ Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to
customer.
● Operations Management:
○ Lead the Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations,
including customer support, order processing, and logistics.
○ Optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer
satisfaction.
○ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to achieve
operational excellence.
● Acquisitions / Market Expansion:
○ Identify growth opportunities and develop market penetration strategies.
○ Manage the acquisition of corporate clients and the overall business performance
for the new vertical.
○ Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
○ Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances within the country/region.
● Financial Management:
○ Develop and manage the annual budget for the country/region.
○ Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
○ Ensure cost-effective resource allocation to support growth objectives.

Qualifications:

● Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business/Commerce would be preferred


● Must have at least 8 - 10 years of B2B and Account Management experience
● Proficient with Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Applications
● Proven experience in leadership roles within the B2B SaaS industry.
● Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results through a data-driven approach.
● Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
● Strong business acumen and financial management experience.
● System savvy
● Ability to work independently and without supervision
● Can start immediately
