Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer


Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Mumbai

Job Objective: To increase the client base and revenue of the organization by creating a formidable
marketing strategy and executing it to keep us ahead of competition. This is a business role that
owns the sales, branding, pricing, client communication and market research objectives.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Company’s App and its features.
Define target clients, develop marketing and communication strategies; measure, and
increase adoption rate, apply data insights and user feedback to realign tactics to achieve
business goals.
• Drive the development of Company’s brand positioning in a clear and consistent manner
that resonates with and motivates the potential customer base. Oversee all outbound
customer-facing communication across Company’s app, website, blogs, and social sites.
• Align the organization around customer centricity. Capture and represent the Voice of
Customer internally, share market trends, customer insights and relevant data analytics
with the Executive team across functions to guide a unified approach to customer service,
to deliver superior end-user experience on the app and to enhance business results.
• Onboard and deepen relationships with key strategic partners, with aligned business
objectives, driving multiple co-marketing initiatives and client acquisition efforts.
• Build a high performing marketing team by identifying, hiring, and managing talent.
• Build robust marketing capabilities for the company to drive growth and help Company stay
ahead of competition.
• Define, measure, and report the performance of all paid digital marketing
channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals including subscriber acquisition
and retention.
• Develop a scalable growth plan for the app and any new technology product/features as
per business goals, to enhance its customer base and usability and increase market
capitalization.
• Own the marketing budget, allocating spending and optimizing a blend of channels to hit
growth targets efficiently, while thinking long term and being resourceful. Ensure that we
reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time.
• Collaborate with the technology team to create differentiated features/solutions/offerings
on the app that leverage new innovations in the marketing space.
