001 SERIES OF 2020

Whereas, a Special Board of Directors’ Meeting was held at Cagayan de Oro City on
June 10, 2020, a quorum was present.
Whereas, the Board of Directors, by unanimous vote, resolve to wit:
Now, it is resolved, as it is hereby resolved that:
Whereas, the Association, Pakigbisog Homeowners Association, Inc.,hereby
resolve that there is an urgent need of all members to have a BAYANIHAN,
thus being allowed by the government to clean the area outside USTP fence
without cutting the trees therein, making`it passable by the association and
neighboring residents in going to CM Recto National Highway, while waiting
realization of DPWH Osmeña-Gaabucayan drainage road access.
Whereas. Furthermore, it is also hereby resolve that to follow government’s
COVID 19 health protocol, a committee who handle responsibility for the
health safety of individuals passing through the new access pathway be taken
and must be observed strictly by the association.
