OPPORTUNITIES IN STATE TEAMS OF LEAF

Legal Education Awareness Foundation, is an initiative taken 5 years back in 2016 with an
aim to promote legal awareness. With over 10,000+ beneficiaries, 100+ workshops, 60+ studies
and numerous initiatives, it’s been an amazing journey.
Now, we are offering 2 opportunities for law students all over India which are as follows:
I. MEMBERSHIP
II. INTERNSHIP

I. MEMBERSHIP
• It will be 3 months long term association directly with a particular State Team (Delhi/
U.P./ Punjab & Haryana/ Maharashtra/ Jharkhand & Chhattisgarh) of Legal Education
Awareness Foundation.
• You’ll get a title of “MEMBER of _________ (Legal Aid/ Research and Analysis/ Women
Cell/ Law Schools and Internships/ Public Relations and Outreach) Wing of LEAF:
______ (Delhi/ U.P./ Punjab & Haryana/ Maharashtra/ Jharkhand & Chhattisgarh)
Team”.
• It is extendable depending upon 2 factors which are as follows:
i. Your willingness to further work with the same team.
ii. Your quality of work submitted, dedication towards work and punctuality in the past 3
months of association as a member or team lead.
• You will receive a Certificate on successful completion of the membership period. In case
of excellent contribution in the projects of the respective State Team you might be awarded
with a Letter of Recommendation (LoR), depending upon the recommendation sent by
the Wing Head or the State Coordinator.
 • It adds value to your resume that you are a Member, a very crucial part of any of the State
Team of an NGO like Legal Education Awareness Foundation which has its roots spread
in almost all the States of India.

II. INTERNSHIP
• It will be a 1-month association under the National Team, further you will be added to any
State Team (Delhi/ U.P./ Punjab & Haryana/ Maharashtra/ Jharkhand & Chhattisgarh) as
per your choice.
• You’ll get a title of an “INTERN at LEAF”.
• It is extendable depending upon 2 factors which are as follows:
i. Your willingness to further work with the same team.
ii. Your quality of work submitted, dedication towards work and punctuality in the past 1
month of association as an intern.
• You will receive a Certificate on successful completion of the internship period. In case
of excellent contribution in the projects assigned by the National Team or by the respective
State Team, you might be awarded with a Letter of Recommendation (LoR), depending
upon the recommendation sent by the National Operations Manager or the State
Coordinator respectively.
• It will add value to your resume that you have interned at an NGO like Legal Education
Awareness Foundation which has its roots spread in almost all the States of India.
