Limpiar todas las piezas.

Revisar los componentes ver si hay daños o desgaste. Cambiar las piezas dañadas o gastadas.

Colocar los componentes sobre una mesa, solapando parcialmente el borde de la mesa.
Comprobar que el cono de sincronización está enrasado con el anillo de acoplamiento y medir desde el borde inferior
del anillo de acoplamiento hasta el borde superior del cono de sincronización. Medir en varios puntos.

Montaje

Lubricar el cojinete de agujas, el cono de sincronización y el engranaje con aceite para cajas de cambios. Sustituir los
muelles de pasadores de bloqueo por piezas nuevas. Lubricar los muelles. Ver Aceite para caja de cambios .

Colocar el eje sobre una mesa.

Montar el cojinete de rodillos, a presión. Usar el mandril hueco (A) 9996904 y el mandril (B) 9990193.

¡Nota! Usar el mandril (C) 9996616 como base para impedir que se dañe el eje primario.

¡Nota! Usar un anillo de retención lo más grueso posible. El juego máximo permitido es de 0,05 mm.

Dar la vuelta al eje y colocarlo en un tornillo de banco.

¡Nota! El manguito de acoplamiento tiene un bisel que debe quedar arriba cuando el eje primario está en la posición
mostrada en la ilustración. Sin embargo, la posición de montaje del manguito de acoplamiento con el bisel arriba o
abajo no interfiere con el funcionamiento de la caja de cambios.

Bajar el manguito de acoplamiento a la posición en el embrague. Montar los pasadores de bloqueo y los muelles.

Colocar el mandril hueco (A) 9996366 y tirar del manguito de acoplamiento hasta la posición neutral.

¡Nota! Para montar el eje primario completo en el eje principal, sujetar el manguito de acoplamiento para impedir que
se suelte.
