 Ensure performed and supervised all operational activities at site Plant.
 Ensure the use of equipment in a safe and efficient manner for 100% safety efforts.
 Ensure all mandatory daily, weekly, monthly and yearly safety reports are submitted and recorded as
needed.
 Ensure that static and rotating equipment associated with the company is operated and maintained
according to vendor recommendations.
 Ensure carry out any inspection, purging, service other equipment and material as required.
 Ensure operational activities at site are performed in accordance with established company quality
procedures, HSE rules and standards, and recognized industry standards.
 Review and ensure that all Work Permits have been approved for all work performed by PKT personnel,
third parties and / or subcontractors within the Utilities plant for final approval from Operations
Supervisor. Make sure the PTW system is followed and all safety regulations are followed.
 Communicate with the Operations Supervisor regarding planned and unplanned work at facilities.
 Provide support for emergency response, performed as Fire Fighter team.
 Provide immediate reporting to the Operations Supervisor regarding any HSE incident, accident and
non-conformance involving company staff, sub-contractor staff and/or any company facilities and
equipment.
