GENERALIZATION/ REFLECTION:
My strongest Physical Fitness Test Components are Coordination, Balance and Reaction Time.
3. Which test did you score satisfactory? Poorly? What you should do about it?
I score satisfactory in Juggling, Stork Balance Stand Test, and Stick Drop Test. I score poorly in
40 meter sprint. As an asthmatic person, I tend to have weak lungs, that is why it’s quite tiring for me to
run faster. In order for me to improve, I must engage myself into exercises that will make my lungs
stronger to and activities that will help increase my speed.
Fitness testing is a great method for me to monitor and measure my ability in the areas of aerobic
fitness, strength, and flexibility. It can also help me understand how healthy I am and learn how to set
goals to enhance my overall health and fitness.
This allows a fitness expert to evaluate and review a client's progress and customize a program to
their needs. Evaluating a client's progress is a crucial element of personal training, whether it's noting
when a client has successfully lowered their blood pressure or measuring a reduction in body fat. It can
also help encourage a client to see evidence of their progress.
