The two hospitality companies that I am taking is Mc Donald’s and Tim
Hortons.
There are two vides and a picture used by Mc Donald’s for advertisement. It has done a great work to
overcome problem of intangibility. It has created a nice music to give emotional appeal and also in video
adds it had described many products so nicely. In this picture also it has used nice cues to attract
customers.
There is a video and two pictures that are used recently by Tim Hortons for advertisements. It uses
beautiful taglines and product describing videos to appeal its customers.
Tim Hortons is also burning mid night oils to answer these questions. It had
made a forum to give your reviews and is also working to understand
needs of customer. It also provides a customer helpline to seek help.

Mc Donald’s uses metaphor like double drive- throughs. To ease line inside
and outside stores, many locations are adding second drive through
