SUMMERY OF JURY 1 ( SYNOPSIS REVIEW )

▪ India has emerged as one of the fastest growing economies of the

world during the 1990 mainly because of the remarkable
performance of the services sector.

▪ In India, IT industry have developed over the years and have been a
major contributor in the growth of Indian economy. The contribution
of this industry to India's GDP has grown from 1.2 % in 1998 to 7.7%
in 2017.

▪ To suggest IT industry favoring practices for accelerating

development of IT Parks in India.

▪ To understand the need of the office spaces with the

reference to the sustainable lifestyle .

▪ To provide an environment with amble open and

recreational spaces in and around the project .

▪ To integrate the public and the members of the park to

ensure and take care of the surrounding of the ecosystem.
❑ SUMMERY OF JURY 2 ( LITERATURE CASE STUDY)

• LITERATURE CASE STUDY 1 – ( KRISP IT PARK )

OBSERVATION-

▪ Workstation is split into two equal components in east wing to navigate

different spaces in each component.

▪ In ground floor the entry terminate to two lobby spaces (lobby 1&2) were lobby 2
split radially into sub spaces in order to bring movement in circulation.

▪ In fourth floor, the entire space is allotted for foreign visitors.

▪ Service core is placed in north wing- average capacity 150 people in each floor.

▪ The distance between each cubicle is 1m space occupied per person-walkway.

KRISP IT PARK
▪ Team leader space is allotted at the center of cubicle an area of 3sqm.
❑ SUMMERY OF JURY 2 ( LITERATURE CASE STUDY)

• LITERATURE CASE STUDY 2 – (SUZLON ONE EARTH,PUNE )

OBSERVATION-

▪ Through sustainable practices like rainwater harvesting, on-site waste

conversion and an ‘Office in Garden’ design to maximize daylight use.

▪ They use a local recycle material for maintain the sustainability

approach, and orientation of the building place according to the
climatic factor.

▪ The design process started with a premise of creating a central

gathering space, or Brahmas than, with the sky as its ceiling.

▪ Large water body in the central court helps in improving the air quality
and for evaporative cooling. SUZLON ONE EARTH,PUNE

▪ This central garden plaza encourages communication, interaction and

innovation amongst the 2300 colleagues and provides a stunning
aesthetic presentation for visitors.
❑ SUMMERY OF JURY 2 ( LITERATURE CASE STUDY)

• LITERATURE CASE STUDY 3 – (HEXAWARE CAMPUS,PUNE )

OBSERVATION-
▪ The façade design is a rendition of the traditional jali work in
clean modern lines, blocking harsh sunlight on the southern
front and creating an interesting play of light and shadow.

▪ The campus is planned around the idea of ‘campus within a

campus’.

▪ The five-story structure is formed by various units that are

connected by pedestrian walkways and sky bridges.

▪ The built mass is deconstructed to form several classical

courtyards that foster interaction and collaboration.
HEXAWARE CAMPUS,PUNE
▪ They use a sandstone material for heat reducing purposed and
used of jail pattern on south side for sun shading pruposed.

and being thoughtful about window placement and operation, are used to best
manage daylighting and natural ventilation and go a long way in reducing energy
requirements for the building.

❑ FOCUS OF THE PROJECT

• There area many it park in pune but all it park base

on the modern technology and HVAC based
so we can design base on the climatic approach so we
also give the smart solution for it park.

• Intensive Use Of Modern Technology Has Created

Issues Such As Global Warming, Greenhouse Effect
And, Hence, Requires Us To Think Seriously About The
Importance Of Saving Energy And The Necessity
Of Designing Energy Efficient Buildings.

• Lighting Is The Major Energy Consumer In Office Buildings.

The maximum use of natural light in office building helps
to reducing energy consumption of light in building.

folding louvers can be operated electrically to fold upwards or

where it is important to provide sun and shade control. While
in the opened position, can provide extra shading allowing
more light to pass in the building while blocking direct
sunlight.
CONTEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE WITH SUSTAINABLE APPROACH

GREEN ROOF

•Economic benefits through the reduction of energy costs – saving

money for energy that is consumed in cooling systems in summer and
winter heating systems

•Economic benefits that are manifested through reduced costs for the
evacuation of rainwater

•Increased value of the property

•Creating of a new natural habitat for flora and fauna

•Reduced amount of rainwater returning to the process of water
circulation in nature.
•Reduced impact of extreme temperature values and urban heat
islands
•Absorbing negative radiation which improves of the microclimate
•Absorbing the harmful effects of pollutants
•Use of solar energy in the most rational way
•New areas for rest, relaxation and interaction of residents
•Improving the quality of life
