 INTRODUCTION
I carried out the community development project with the title Teaching basics about
computers to village school students,in the feild community development project related
to giving basic knowledge about computers.

I carried out the project with the support of school .The school name is Rishiland
English medium school. The students in the school are of rural areas and most of the
parents are uneducated and unaware of education . I also found some other problems
in the school and the area where school is located . so, with the help of school
management I worked on the problems. to some extent we got succeed in solving the
problems that I found as a part of the project I took classes to the students for
developing skills .mostly I worked on the basics of computers .I took some steps so that
the action which I made to educate the literacy should have to be continue even in my
absence "THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION IS TO TURN THE MIRRORS
INTO WINDOWS ". when we look into the mirror we can see only ourselves ,but when
we look through the window we see the other side and we can get to know what is
actual happening outside .

I need my country to be developed country .The education is only thing that teaches
about the world We see many children around are willing to go to the schools, but
because there family situations and lack of awareness children are engaged as
childlabour.so this is the main reason behind teaching those students computers for
more than a week to aware them what’s happening in the outside world.

 PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION AND CAUSE OF problem

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION:
As I mentioned in the introduction the school is in the rural area ,the people here are
unaware of important of education and the environment cleanliness also.so literacy and
cleanliness of the surrounding is the problem .The students who are going to school
lacks in communication is well.

causes of the problems:

The main reason behind this is these problems are the lack of knowledge about the
technology and the students going to school ,they are training their brains for very
common and basic education .so that's why they are lacking in every sector and about
the nature of education .and also lack of encouragement from the teachers to the
students .

Various steps taken to objective

First thing I did is interacting with the students.We believe that the students are
tomorrow citizens. I educated the students on illiteracy eradication so that they can
educate their neighbors who are not sending their children to schools. I conducted
computer classes and painting competitions to the students so they themselves get an
idea about computers.

I thought them about different parts of computer in detail and their working. Made them
to draw paint in paint app on laptop .I also taught them about about the society how to
leave in society how to behave with the elders ,how to communicate with the elders,
how to communicate with the strangers , taught them what is small talk.. I educated
them to keep their surroundings clean.

I also motivated the students towards their goals in technology. Actually I took classes
for the 4th class and intermediate students. have to choose different paths to achieve
their goals. I guided them the ways to select the path I also told about some inspiring
personalities like Bill gates , Abraham lincoln to motivate them .The students in the
school are mostly worried about their future education . I include some activities like
newspaper reading on laptop ,general knowledge questions in school assembly

Generally, in school's teachers teach the children to work hard. But these days
hardwork is not getting enough for getting success along with that smart work is also
needed .I took some classes on smart work

students started working from their sides. They raised doubts during the class ,they
asked brother "i'm intrested in so and so kind of Education, what should I do to achieve
that?.I guided them about those things .They also shared their funny school life
experience, I moved very friendly with students

I also took classes for 1sh and 3rh standard students .most of the students got very
good regional knowledge .They were really good at grasping the things very easily
when I told them about parts of computer.

This is all I did during my project work.

 Effectiveness of the project

I felt really happy because of the result they are keeping their knowledge about
computers and their parents had changed their minds about new world technology. And
they are also motivating their relatives, friends and etc. about the technolody so I was
really excited for taking this project and inspiring many people about the environment.

.conclusion
When I got to know that we have to do MNG project in the holidays. I was really upset
that we were not going to enjoy the holidays .so unwillingly I started my project. but by
the end I really liked it and it enjoyed the work .the confidence levels in me increased to
a greater extinct .when I explained the principal about my project he was very happy
and supported me well .they also suggested me regarding the project .I'm so happy and
I got good response from the students. They told that my worked really helped the
students. with this project work even I learned many things .How to work on computer,
how to operate so that they get a good opinion on us.
