Comments to Author::
Reevaluation of this paper after revision is necessary. My concern about the paper is that
there are already a large number works addressing deep learning architectures and algorithms
for parking lot detection/classification. Many of these works presented various deep learning
architectures and algorithms that were developed recently for such a problem, including Deep
CNN, AlexNet, Resnet, MaskRCNN, YOLO v3, MobileNet, and others, either applied individually
or in combination (see the references I captured below). Please compare carefully the work
presented in the submitted paper with these works in terms of architecture, performance and
dataset.
I have question with regards to some of video frames that capture transient motions such as a
car entering into the parking lot. A criterion has to be provided to reject these instances of
bounding boxes when applying machine learning to parking lot detection in real-world

2. Memasukkan hasil YoloV4 dan paper hasil paper yg lain. Deep CNN, AlexNet, Resnet,
MaskRCNN, YOLO v3, MobileNet dari segi arsitektur, performance, dan dataset
3. Ketika mobil masuk bounding box
4. Meminta penjelasan kapan parkir itu berubah menjadi kosong/reject ada mobil
