Objectives:
Student will be constant with maintaining a triple threat mindset and position yourself to be able use the tactics taught
Student will be able to perform a V Cut 5-10 times in order to be eligible to receive the ball
Student will perform 5 Backdoor cuts to be open to get the ball
Student able to use Pick and rolls to get open in a game
Student will learn how to apply the tactics learned in a gametime scenario

5-10 Introduction:  Use one
-Warm up with trainer hand to
“Good morning, today we will be covering dribbling, how dribble
to create space to for the attack. We will also be covering  Keep close

possession then cut back to your starting place
Pick and roll is a screen where a teammate will post up and
you run around him causing your defender to run into him.”

5-10 Dribbling: 4 Cone drill  2 players cannot be at  4 cone  Keep ball
- Similar to the passing drill in soccer the same cone square close
- There will be a square of 4 cones  I will yell switch if  One hand
- 3 players will be a cone they go the same
Leaving 1 open cone, players will run to open cone direction to change
them around
5-10 Dribbling: Dribble Relay  1 Defender  2 Cones in a  Keep
