One day, Margaret and Ted is in the park because they are watching their kids playing. But
something happened to Billy, he falls of in the jungle gym and gets a bad cut to his face. Ted is
so scared and rush Billy to hospital.

Joanna returns to after fifteen months of being abandoned her family. And she wants to gets

Billy from Ted. She files a nasty custody. And their first hearing begins. But then Ted lost his job.
He got fired from his work. But he find a new job to have a money to fight his custody to Billy.
But the salary of his new job is lower-paying which is not good for him in the trial. The original

salary of ted was $33,000 dollars a year but to his new job is only $28,000. However, the job of
Joanna now is sportwear designer and her salary is $31,000 a year.
The court gives the custody of Billy to Joanna but Ted want to appeal the case because he
doesn’t want to be distant to his child.

 Before Billy to come over to his mother, the father and Son have a breakfast and have a bond
before Billy leaves. But then, Joanna come over and talked to Ted alone in the lobby. And she
said, she knows that the true home of Billy is where he’s at with his dad. So, Joanna didn’t take
the custody of Billy at the end of the movie.
