Job Summary:
The Head Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing _____________ strategy in support of
the overall business plan and strategic direction for Mensa, specifically in the areas of succession
planning, talent management, change management, organizational and ________________. The

Dut ies/ Re sponsibi lities :

 Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience
 Experience in global fashion sourcing, manufacturing, costing, lean supply chain management,
international logistics, product compliance/quality assurance, social accountability, and product
development
 Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
 Strong negotiation skills
 Track record of taking ownership and driving results
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Product management and material knowledge in fashion categories
 Proficient in Excel
 Have a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
 Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
 Unwavering attention to detail and an acute awareness that everything counts
 Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
 Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
 Ability to think creatively and utilize strong analytical and problem solving skills
 Ability to work independently and autonomously
 Ability to clearly define processes in loosely structured situations
 Desire and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and to effectively lead work on multiple
projects in various phases and under tight deadlines
