General Instructions:

1. All the papers would be SUBJECTIVE.

2. It is mandatory for the students to appear for this exam.
3. Only those papers are to be given for which the student has enrolled for coaching at DGSCAPS.
4. Each paper would be of 80 Marks & Time duration would be 3 Hours.
5. The Question paper will be sent in PDF form in the WhatsApp group at 4 PM on the day of the
exam.
6. Solve the paper with full sincerity at your home in your own answer sheet within the allotted
time.
7. You have to revert the scanned answer sheet (serially numbered pages in PDF format) on our
email “classtest.dgscaps@gmail.com” with subject line of mail as
“XI CBSE Test Series<Subject Name><Student Full Name>”
8. It is also mandatory to write your name, roll number and subject name inside the paper to
enable us to clearly identify the paper.
9. You can scan using Microsoft lens / Docs scanner / Adobe Scan & please make sure file size is
less than or equal to 20 MBs, you can compress size of PDF using www.ilovepdf.com
10. The pages of the answer sheet which is not scanned properly will not be graded.
11. PDF of answer sheet should be named as
<Student First Name><Subject Name><XI CBSE Test Series>”
eg. Sumit Accounts XI CBSE Test Series
12. Submit papers before 11.59 PM on the date of exam strictly.
13. The checked copies shall be made available to the students after reasonable time.
14. For any query regarding the procedures students should WhatsApp on the official number of
DGSCAPS 9693 120 120 during office timing (10 AM – 7 PM).
15. Due to this exam, no classes will be held from 29th Nov to 02nd Dec 2021. Regular classes shall
commence from Monday, 06th Dec 2021.
