Coursework Objectives:

By the end of this project, students shoutd be able to :


1. Perform basic operations on various types of numbers by applying related theorems and formulae. [Task 1(a) and 1(b) ]
2. Differentiate and solve various ancient numeration systems based on the properties of the Hindu – Arabic numeration
System. [Task 1(a)]
3.Present the connection between numbers of various bases in groups by analyzing its character. [Task 2]
4.Prepare a report of approximately 1000 words on solving non-routine problems regarding the applications in daily life of
various types of numbers including irrational numbers [Task 3].
