and Managers to collect data critical to their business. The O3 application User Manual helps Collectors and
Managers understand how to use the relevant features of the O3 application. Some of the features of O3
application modules are:

View and manage all consumer accounts in a single system with O3.

View account details such as debtor contact details, policy details, payment summary, etc.

Automatically record and view changes to an account such as phone number or address.

Stay on top of all types of cases with built-in exceptions sections containing details on restrictions, deceased
consumers, bankrupt consumers etc.

Expedite correspondence with the help of templates for dunning letters or other noti cations that collectors
may need to send out.

Login with different roles: collector, manager etc.

View integrated data from national, recognized, third-party databases for seamless data management.

Keep collectors aware of the consumers that can be contacted.

Automated work queues for each collector.

Built-in skip tracing.

Call-back reminder alerts for collectors when call-backs or follow ups are due.
