Presence of mechanical damage was discovered Assumption of the reason is casing damage due to strong earthquake in November 2017 or 2018, 16-24.08.2021 | Milling | Goal to mill obstacle at 4557 m, check casing till 4711 m (join decision operation | with MdOC staff). Coil tubing with mills 3.13-3.5” were used. Actual milled intervals are 4556-4557, 4559-4601 m. Over pull two times was observed during milling in 4596.8-4601. Milling operations was stopped, due to high risk of BHA stuck, The casing condition below 4601 m is unknown. The wellbore damaged more seriously than expected. Due to ‘enough space below Mauddud D for plug installation and high risk of BHA stuck the decision to install plug within 4567-4596.8 was made (letter SK-7327 dated 22.08.2021 and email from MdOC dated 23.08.2021 at 15.51 pm depend of official letter from field division). 30.08.2021 | RIH_ drift | Goal—to check condition of casing before water shut off job (RIH plug) tool Tools size 3.1” and 2.19”. Tag at 4557 m. To install the plug in planned (wireline) _| depth 4567-4580 is impossible. ‘The MdOC staff recommended to Operator to install cement plug below Perforation interval of Mauddud D (deeper than 4567 m) by using CT 175, 11.09.2024 The Operator, in collaboration with the subcontractor, prepared the program, cost estimation and provided it to MdOC for review. Current status: The well cannot flow naturally due to high water cut. Future plan: Perform plug installation according to the proposed program. TCM requested from Operator to discuss additional discount from OilServ and inform MdOC by email (TCM members). The Operator explained that using water as killing fluid for this well is optimal. The criteria of success for this operation is TOC at the depth between 4572-4580 m. TCM takes into account the performed activities on the well and recommends performing the water shut off job according to the proposed program. 2. The Operator presented the results of the Reservoir control activities performed in 1" ~ 3 quarters 2021, plan for 4** quarter 2021 and SoW for 2022. The planned SoW for 2021 was performed on 61%. Additional 4 bottom hole pressure measurement was carried out. It is expected that the Operator will finish remained operations in 4'* quarter 2021. The Possible candidates for re-stimulation were identified. The proposed SoW for 2022 is based on technical requirements. The cost estimation was performed based on the current contract with OilServ. The TCM revised the proposed SoW. The results of revision is presented in the table below. The TCM discussed the performed Reservoir control activities in 2021, revised SoW for 2022 and recommends JMC to approve budget mentioned in the table above for 2022 (Item 4.1 “Reservoir control analysis” of JMC#44 presentation). 3. The Operator presented well activities performed in 2021 and plans for 2022 ‘The budget for 2021 was cut by MCT and only $US1SOOK was approved (MCT). It includes two solvent washing and two acid stimulation operations. The urgent works on well P02 were performed (solvent washing and CT milling). CT cementing and CT kick off will be needed to put this well into production. It is expected that the cost of operations on this well will be close to the approved budget for 2021. Due to this reason, the Operator proposed to shift planned operations to the 2022. The re-stimulation of some wells did not carried out more than 3-7 years. The analysis of the well performance and the performed well surveys showed that: © 7 wells have tag in perforation interval and can be considered for solvent washing; © 5 wells have high skin factor and can considered for re-stimulation; ‘* 4wells can be considered for re-stimulation after additional welll surveys. The Operator proposed to include in SoW for 2022 year 4 re-stimulation, 2 solvent washing and 2 kick-off operations. Moreover, in case of work-over operations (contingency) 2 set and remove inflatable packer operations will be needed. ‘The TCM requested Operator that each job should be carried out only if feasibility study will show that income from the operation will be more than its cost. The detail discussion need to be carried out before each operation. After revision of Operator's proposal, the TCM recommended to perform 3 re-stimulation and 3 solvent washing jobs in 2022 and ask subcontractor the discount before each operation (amount $US 2790K). TCM requested to provide break down of job before it started. The TCM discussed the performed Well activities in 2021, revised SoW for 2022 and recommends JMC to approve budget mentioned above for 2022 (Item 4.2 “Well stimulation” of JMC#44 presentation). 4, The Operator presented the expected SoW for Geological and Simulation models monitoring for 2022. The Operator presented the Sow for 2022, which includes interpretation of the well survey results, updating Geological and Simulation models, actualization of production profile etc. The proposed budget for 2022 is $US 250K. The Operator informed that in case of starting the side-track drilling operations the additional support will be needed from GPN Research Center. After revision, the TCM proposed updated SoW as presented in the table below. CW Job Performer ‘Comments ‘Sum max, USD. Data processing in Saphir, Interpretation of pressure build-| tuneval.N. The Operator presented the performed well repair preparation activities in 2021 and WPB for 2022. The well repair is contingency operation and will be carried out only in case of losing tubing integrity. Two sets of downhole equipment need to be in the stock. At the end of 2021 one full set and some parts of second set will be in the stock. Completion tools and tubulars need to be purchased for 2nd set in 2022 ($US 700K). The two workover operations will be cost $US 3200K, based on the market research. The TCM recommends the Operator to perform workover operation only in case of losing tubing integrity. The TMC recommends having two (2) full sets of downhole equipment in the Dy > 6. The Operator presented production profile for 2022 year. Based on the current situation it is expected, that average oil production in 2022 will be about 31 KBOPD. The total production will be 11.3 min. bbl, gas export 6528 saf, LPG 0.47 BOE. The TCM mentioned that this profile, submitted by the Operator, jout workover and side- track drilling operations. 7. The Operator presented Long Term BHP/BHT measurement technology. Itis difficult to describe behavior of certain wells on the basis of the available data. The Operator proposes to use long-term BHP/THP measurement technology, which will allow to record data at the bottom of tubing within 1-3 months. The TCM does not recommend using this technology, because the SoW for Reservoir monitoring for 2022 covers all needs. 8. The Operator informed TCM that the discussion of drilling operations (4 side-tracks and 8D3), as well as all related questions, would be possible only after receiving an official approval of the FDP rev.2 and after the relevant amendment (addendum) to DPSC would be signed.
