EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AGREEMENT

PARTIES

This Employment Contract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered

into on 10/11/2021, by and between Rightway Charitable Foundation, with an address of No. 6 & 7
K. No. 25/10/1, Kothanur Bengaluru Karnataka, India 560077 (hereinafter referred to as the “NGO”)
and SHAMALA (UID: 639831744203) with an address of Bangalore, Karnataka (hereinafter referred
to as the “Executive”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

- Whereas, the Executive agrees will not work with any other NGO/Agency during the term of
this Agreement.

AGREEMENT

• The Parties hereby agree that the NGO authorizes the Executive to bring Donations on
behalf of Rightway Charitable Foundation and the Executive agrees to indemnify
himself/herself as the authorized executive of the NGO for such Fundraising.
• This Agreement shall be effective on the date of signing this Agreement (hereinafter
referred to as the 10/11/2021 and its ends on 09/11/2022
• The term of this Agreement may be extended upon the provision of written consent from
both Parties.
• If required NGO will provided online training to the executive.
• Executive should submit the donation details, name, contact number, PAN card number and
location of every Donor to issue the receipt from NGO.

Work Areas

• Executive can work from home through phone calls or through social media
• Executive can collect the Donations to NGO from anywhere in India.

REMUNERATION

• Basic Salary Rs. 7000 *

• Incentive Rs. 33000 *
• Total Amount Rs. 40000 *
(* As mentioned in Terms and Conditions)
• The remuneration will be calculated every month end and deposit to Executive’s Bank
account on or before 5th of every month.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Need to Raise at least Rs. 14000 for the Basic Salary

• Need to Reach the total monthly raised amount Rs. 80000 to get the Incentive
• Above Rs. 80000 target 40% will be provided as incentive.
