Custom intervals can be 123 8.0 81 9.0 91 9.2 921 10.0 10.1 11.0 used as required. The Quality Assurance Manager has the final authority over changes to calibration intervals. Calibration intervals for any M & TE may be shortened or lengthened when results of previous calibration indicates such action is appropriate to maintain acceptable reliability. The maximum calibration intervals for all M & TE IS 36 months. Execution of Calibration Schedule: A “Calibration Schedule/Forecast Report” is generated at the beginning of each month. This report all M & TE due for calibration within that month, All M & TE due for calibration i calibrated before the end of that calendar month. Any M & TE that cannot be calibrated within that time frame is removed from service until it can be calibrated or repaired. Calibration Status: Calibration status of all M & TE calibrated is indicated on the “Instrument History Report and on calibration status labels. General Instructions for use of Labels and Tags * Labels shall be applied directly to M & TE whenever practical. Otherwise to their storage container or on a tag attached to the tool. % All entries on labels and tags shall be in ink. Dates shall be entered as month/year. Specific instructions for use of labels and tags may be given by Quality Assurance Manager. Out Of Tolerance M & TE: When M & TE in service is suspected to be out of tolerance the equipment is removed from service, tagged, segregated from in-service M & TE until re-calibrated. User Calibrated M & TE Certain M & TE, in addition to being subject to scheduled calibration also requires calibration (e.g. zeroing) by the user. 0010 covrRosLe cory Richfield Engineering Limited DEPARTMENT DOCUMENT REF.
