KEY FACTORS TO BUILD PV PLANT

- LAND ACQUISTION (check directly the ownership of land)

- THE GRID CONDITIONS

- MASTER PLAN OF “KABUPATEN/KOTA”

- GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH LOCAL LEADERS (KaDes, tokoh adat, tokoh pemuda)

- LENDER

CRITICAL CONSTRAINTS DURING THE IPP DEVELOPMENT

• LOCAL PERMITS PROCESS WILL AFFECTS CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE.

• SOCIAL RESISTENCY TO THE PLANT CONSTRUCTION, ESPECIALLY FOR

DISTRIBUTION LINE CONSTRUCTION NEAR THEIR HOUSES.

• LAND ACQUISITION WITH LOCAL PEOPLE, THE POSITION OF THE LAND

SITE WILL SHIFT FREQUENTLY UNTIL WE FIND THAT ALL LAND OWNERS
AGREE TO SELL THEIR LANDS.

• DIFFICULT TO FIND PROJECT FUNDING BECAUSE SOME FINANCIAL

INSTITUTIONS ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH RENEWABLE ENERGY
INVESTMENT.
