Focal Point
The photographer used a
blurred background and a change of
color (black and silver) to emphasize
the focal point of the camera lens view.
Focal Point
in this photograph, the pink
flower mixed with the sensual red
center of the flower contrast with the
dark green. This emphasis of the
flowers color represents focal point.
Focal Point
The contrast of the green and
white as well as the change from the
leaf to the eye emphasis the eye and
creates the focal point.
Focal Point
Though there is a lot going on in
this photograph, the dark tree and
branches are the focal point of this
picture because of the contrast
between bright and dark colors and
shape.
Focal Point
The focal point in this
photograph is the purple flower. The
photographer blurred out the
background emphasizing the flower.
Center of Interest
This photo is symmetrical and
the person paddling the boat is the
center of interest because of the
placement, shape and color
emphasised on him.
Center of interest
The center of interest in this
photo is the blue flower. The green
complements the flower; however the
blurred background of the green and
red emphasizes the blue.
Center of Interest
The center of interest is the ball
of hay on the left hand corner. The
blue sky contrast with the yarn and
because of its large shape the viewer's
eye is drawn to the hay.
Center of interest
The center of interest in this
photo is the orange object in the ball.
You get a sense of movement directing
the viewer's eye to the ball along with
the color contrast of black and orange.
Center of Interest
The center of interest is the little
boy looking back. Everyone is facing
forward so the different body language
creates a center of interest.
Unnecessary Details
In this photo, the artist cropped and
blurred all the irrelevant detail to focus
on the view through the lens.
Unnecessary Detail
The hot air balloon is the emphasis of
the photo and by using the reflection of
the water, and cropping the sides, the
artist was able to cut out the
unnecessary detail.
Unnecessary Detail
In this photo, the circle is what the
viewers pay attention too. By clearing
out the central buble, the other trees
are blurred away to get rid of
unnecessary detail.
Unnecessary Detail
The bird is the most important part of
the photo. By cropping the rest of the
photo and emphasising the birds home
(brach) with the bird, the artist was
able to leave out unnecessary details.
Unnecessary Detail
The emphasis is on the water droplet
and the leaf. By blurring out the
unnecessary detail (red background)
the viewer's eye is able to focus on the
droplet.
