I believe Frank’s King case deserves a medium supervision level, because he did

not kill anyone, he was a good person. He was attending college majoring in Criminal

Justice, and he also had no adult criminal history nor juvenile record. He had also

recently passed a test to become the Cook County Sheriff’s Department. However, what I

do think he needs is psychology help because the reason he would rob was because of

Grace’s expensive tastes. I believe Grace would try to manipulate Frank and he loved her

so he would agree to everything she would say.
