Energetic worker with 2 years of experience in food service, and two-season

Hamilton southeastern tennis camp coach. Experienced in both front and
back-of-house duties in food service.

Professional Experience
Chef, Cashier at Yats, Fishers, Indiana
April 2021 — July 2021

I worked here for the entire summer before my freshman year at Purdue. I
thoroughly enjoyed my time, and I learned a great amount about customer
service, as well as how to work with money to open or close a register. The
only reason I left was because I had to move away to college.
Server Assistant, Expeditor at Ford's Garage, Fishers, Indiana
November 2019 — February 2021

I started as a Server Assistant at this employer, which involves busing tables,

cleaning bathrooms, stocking sauces and silverware, and other general
cleaning duties. I then cross-trained to expediter (expo) because the back was
constantly shorted staffed, and I wanted to help while the managers found
more workers. While working as an expo, I had to make sure every order was
correct, arrange the orders on a tray, and make any final preparations for the
order such as sauces or sides. This job taught me how to manage my time
well, and how to work well under pressure.
Junior Tennis Coach at Hamilton Southeastern Tennis Camp, Fishers, IN
May 2018 — August 2019

At this job, I taught kindergarten to fifth grade-aged children how to play

tennis. This job truly taught me communication skills as I would often have to
deal with angry parents or fussy children.
*Note this job was not year-round, only during the summer.

House Band Guitarist at School of Rock, Fishers, IN
April 2017 — August 2021

School of rock is a company that offers instrumental lessons then groups

students together into bands so they can apply what they learn. Every year,
each location holds a tryout, and the best couple of players of each instrument
(guitar, bass, drums, keys, and vocals) are selected to form a traveling band
called House Band. In my four years in House Band, I've learned the
importance of teamwork and preparation, as well as time management as I
often had to learn new songs quickly.
